Hygiene and water monitoring are integrated into Commercial bullet ice cube making machine through an inbuilt UV sterilizer and TDS monitoring sensor. When the input water exceeds recommended TDS levels, the machine’s display notifies the operator to service or replace the RO filter. In this advanced system, water is sprayed upward from precision nozzles towards the bullet pins in a fine sprinkle form under high pressure, generated by a high-capacity booster pump. The continuous spray process ensures even freezing and clarity, while the bullet pins automatically release the ice cubes according to the preset cycle time.

In contrast, many other manufacturers in India still rely on outdated mechanisms, such as:

1 Belt Pulley System:

These machines use a belt and pulley arrangement to drive the freezing cycle. This system is noisy, less durable, and often requires frequent maintenance due to wear and tear. It also reduces the overall lifespan of the machine.
